A free dance lesson begins at 7:45 pm and is included with the admission. Open dancing starts at 8:15 pm and continues until 10:30 pm.

Our dress code is dressy casual (no gym shoes or blue jeans) unless an announcement is made for a special or "theme dance".

Health Benefits
What you may not realize, however, is that if you get off the couch and dance yourself, it’s a great way to keep your body and mind healthy.
Boost Memory
Dancing may boost your memory and prevent you from developing dementia as you get older.
Improve Flexibility
Those plies and arabesques that ballet dancers practice aren’t just for aesthetics Increasing your flexibility will help ease joint pain and post-exercise soreness.
Reduce Stress
If you’re feeling tense or stressed out, you might want to grab a partner, turn up the music, and tango
